The Aura Marina is a new type of houseboat that offers you an enormous range of functions, user-friendliness and aesthetics.

The houseboat is of course completely driveable, but you can also operate it stationary. As long as the owner is on board, any passenger can overtake the controls. Driving yourself is fun! But wouldn't it also be nice to simply sit in the whirlpool and relax during the journey? This is exactly what is possible with the integrated NAV-SYS. Plan your route online in the web browser, load the route into the NAV-SYS and you will see exactly where you have to drive on the display. Or just turn on the autopilot and relax somewhere on your houseboat. The autopilot will take you safely to your destination and if obstacles arise along the way, it recognizes them and stops the houseboat safely and without a scratch! In addition, the autopilot also automatically brakes with every sim crossing so that they are driven over as gently as possible. If the autopilot is activated without a route being loaded, it simply maintains the current course and speed and stops the houseboat if obstacles appear. While the autopilot is active, you can leave the driver's cab and go anywhere else on the houseboat using the animation menu.

You can personalize your houseboat with just a few clicks. Change the accent and light colors according to your wishes. Change the name of your houseboat, hide or show unwanted things on the boat. Everything menu-controlled. Anyone who has basic construction knowledge can easily detach components from the houseboat and change textures and even link your own objects (including furniture with AV-Sitter animations) on the houseboat. If necessary, you can throw out all the furniture and rearrange everything according to your taste and best of all: the boat still remains drivable!

The build in MediaCube MP3 Player is easy to operate via a touch display. The MediaCube already has 30 songs (Chillout & House Music) but with the integrated "Web Slicer" you can easily insert your own MP3 files into the player. The web slicer prepares your MP3 completely automatically for upload to Second Life®. The song is divided into 30 second sections, these are then renamed appropriately for the MediaPlayer and you can then upload the finished files directly to Second Life® and place them in the MediaCube. The whole thing takes less than 30 seconds. There is also no limit how many songs you can store in the MediaCube. For perfect music enjoyment, different speakers can also be selected in the MediaCube. Listen to your music wherever you are!

If necessary, you can use the HIDE/SHOW function to show and hide 20 objects on the houseboat: e.g. the sunroof, the whirlpool, fenders, etc.

There are two separate access systems: seating and controls. Each system can be limited to ALL, GROUP, OWNER or LIST. It also has a kick menu where you can remove unwanted avatars from your houseboat with a simple click. In this case, access is automatically limited to the owner, so that the unwanted avatar cannot immediately get back on your houseboat. (other avatars who are still sitting on the boat remain unaffected and can continue to use the animation menu as long as they do not get up).

The animations on the houseboat are operated with an AV-Sitter system, which has been specially adapted for use in a watercraft! It only requires half as many scripts as the original system and makes sim crossings particularly smooth. It supports up to 6 avatars with 2x2 avatars also having a variety of cuddle animations. All animations are bento and come from the leading animation companies in second life®.
